Tour Arrangements: Ross & Allison Collingwood design the itinerary. Bayes Coach Lines of Auckland, New Zealand, are making the majority of the ground arrangements and providing the tour coach and driver.
Travel Arrangements: The tour itinerary and full cost includes round-trip airfare from San Francisco. Tour participants will arrange their own travel to and from San Francisco.
Meals: The tour cost includes two or three meals on most days. To allow flexibility during free times, some lunches and dinners are not scheduled or included in the cost.
Adding Australia: It is possible to add individual travel to Australia before or after your New Zealand tour. Please contact Sue Christensen at Christensens' Travel Concepts (503.588.9077) if you are interested in doing this.

Full Payment: Due by December 1, 2024 Non-refundable (Air NZ bookings need to be made mid December)
Tour cost includes: Admission to Auckland SkyTower, Hamilton Gardens, Waitomo caves, Hobbiton, Agrodome, Te Puia, Tamaki Marae, Parliament tour, St Pauls Church, farm visit, Christchurch tour, Hermitage dinner, and the Earnslaw dinner cruise, in addition to the accommodations and meals as indicated.
Travel Insurance: We encourage all participants to obtain travel insurance. Details regarding policy options are available from Sue at Christensen's Travel Concepts at 503.588.9077.
Other important information:
Travel Documents - Visitors to New Zealand are required to complete two documents: a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) and a New Zealand Traveller Declaration (NZTD). Further details regarding these documents will be provided to all participants who sign up for the tour.
NOTE: Your USA passport MUST be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry back into the USA.
Currency: The New Zealand Dollar is the official currency. Coins are in denominations of 10c, 20c, 50c, $1, $2 and bills (notes) are $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100. All major credit cards are accepted. A value-added tax of 15% (GST) applies to all goods and services in New Zealand.
Electricity: New Zealand's electricity supply operates at 240 volts. Most hotels provide 110 volt sockets for electric razors. Unless other electric equipment is designated as dual voltage 110/220, an adaptor or converter is necessary to operate it.
